OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any trip cancellation will result in loss of the $500 non-refundable trip retainer. Trip cancellation between March 16, 2025 and April 15, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Trip cancellation between: April 16, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. If we do so, then the total amount you have paid will be refunded to you. Trip cancellation insurance is always highly recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

WHAT IS OPTIONAL:
- Relaxing 60 minute or 90 minute massage and Ayurvedic treatments – we will arrange your treatment with a highly recommended therapist who you may pay directly.
- A visit to Saint Paul-de-Mausole – the psychiatric hospital where Vincent Van Gogh lived for one year and painted many of his famous painting.
- A visit to the archeological site of Glanum.
- A very modest amount of wine will be included because we can’t visit France without partaking in the local wine! Should you choose to purchase additional wine and spirits, then you will have the opportunity to do so.
- If you feel inspired, additional gratuity for exceptional service from our local guides, chef, and hosts (beyond what I am gifting them).
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
- Your round-trip airfare from home.
- Airport transfer at non-designated times and locations.
- One lunch on your own on our Provencal market day.
- Your meals if you stay back from scheduled adventures.
- Travel Insurance (HIGHLY recommended). Travel Insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick International offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverage), coverage for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
