OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any trip cancellation will result in loss of the $500 non-refundable trip retainer. Trip cancellation between February 1, 2026 and April 20, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Trip cancellation between: April 21, 2026 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. If we do so, then the total amount you have paid will be refunded to you. Trip cancellation insurance is always highly recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

If you are looking for ultimate privacy, then add the “single occupancy supplement” to your retreat package.

Double Occupancy Bedroom and En-suite Bathroom Within a Two Bedroom Suite. Each bedroom in the “Carignan” Suite has a 160 cm bed (equivalent to a US queen size bed). This Suite has many areas where you will be able to enjoy the company of your suite-mates, including a cozy family room, kitchen, intimate indoor dining area, outdoor covered patio, and a private swimming pool. You will love the privacy and peacefulness of this accommodation!

Every bed in the “Mourvedre” Suite may be configured to your specific needs – either as a 180cm bed (equivalent to a US king); or, as two 90cm beds (equivalent to a US long twin). WHAT IS OPTIONAL:
- Relaxing 60 minute massage and Ayurvedic treatments – upon your request, we will arrange your treatment with a highly recommended therapist who you may pay directly.

- A very modest amount of wine will be included because we can’t visit France without partaking in the local wine. Should you choose to purchase additional wine and spirits, then you will have the opportunity to do so.
- Moulin du Clanquet gift shop for a variety of specialty products – olive oils and much more.
- If you feel inspired, additional gratuity for exceptional service from our local guides, chef, and hosts (beyond what I am gifting them).
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
- Your round-trip airfare from home.
- Extra nights of accommodations and meals before or after the retreat.
- Arrival and departure transfers outside designated group transfers.
- Your meals if you choose to stay back from scheduled adventures.
- Two lunches on your own – one on our Saint Remy Provencal market day, the other at the village of Les Baux de Provence.
- Travel Insurance (HIGHLY recommended). Travel Insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick International offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverage), coverage for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
