Ocean Rooms are bright, airy, and beautifully spacious, offering inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding tropical beauty. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee, feel the warm ocean breeze, and unwind to the soothing sound of the waves. Located on the second through fourth floors, these rooms require climbing stairs. Please let us know at the time of registration if you have mobility concerns so we can best support your comfort and accessibility needs.

Garden Rooms have a view of Mar de Jade’s lush tropical gardens and a terrace or outside sitting area. They are on the ground floor; therefore, they are ideal for guests who prefer to not climb the jungle paths.

Women’s Dorm Room Accommodations are ideal for budget conscious retreat participants who would like to share with three or four other guests. They have garden views and a loft accessed by a spiral staircase.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any trip cancellation will result in loss of the $500 non-refundable trip retainer. Trip cancellation between November 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027 will result in loss of 50% of the trip price. Trip cancellation between March 1, 2027 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. If we do so, then the total amount you have paid will be refunded to you. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended!
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- Seven tranquil nights double occupancy accommodations on the pacific coast. Limited single occupancy rooms (just three) available for an additional cost.
- Three delicious buffet meals daily carefully prepared from scratch using fresh, local, and when possible, organic ingredients.
- A Pre-Retreat Preparation Meeting on Zoom to meet other retreat participants and learn how to best prepare for your reset.
- Yoga and/or meditation twice daily in one of five tranquil yoga spaces – all equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets.
- An excursion to Tao de Jade, Mar de Jade’s organic farm and trade school.
- Plenty of unstructured time to nourish YOU.
- Gratuities for Mar de Jade’s staff.
- Group Arrival and Departure Transportation between the retreat property and Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) – Saturday, April 10th, 2027 & Saturday, April 17th, 2027.
- Post-Retreat Follow-up Meeting on Zoom.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
- Your round-trip airfare from home.
- Extra nights of accommodations and meals before or after the retreat.
- Arrival and departure transfers outside designated group transfers.
- Your meals if you choose to stay back from scheduled adventures.
- Two lunches on your own – one on our Saint Remy Provencal market day, the other at the village of Les Baux de Provence.
- Travel Insurance (HIGHLY recommended). Travel Insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick International offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverage), coverage for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
